	PRESIDENT BERT BERTRANDO
	Elected to the Board of Directors in 2006. Current term expires in November 2010. Current President of the Board. Resident of Goleta for 50 years. Director of the La Cumbre Mutual Water Company for 10 years. Represents the District in the Goleta Sanitary District board meetings. Registered Mechanical Engineer and Safety Engineer in California. Master of Business Economics (MBE) and Master of Science Degree in Engineering.
	VICE-PRESIDENT LAUREN HANSON
	Elected to the Board of Directors in 2008. Current term expires in November, 2012. Current Vice-President of the Board. Long-time Goleta Valley resident. Served on the Goleta Vision Committee in 2006 and co-wrote the group's report, "A Comprehensive Vision for the Eastern Goleta Valley." M.B.A. from Harvard, B.A. in Economics from Yale.
	DIRECTOR JACK CUNNINGHAM
	Appointed to the Board of Directors in December 1995. Elected in 1997. Re-elected in 2002. Ran again for the board in 2006 and was re-elected. His current term expires in November 2010. Served as President three times. Goleta Water District ratepayer for 32 years. Represents the District as Director of JPIA and a representative for the California Special Districts Association. Retired from United Airlines. Served on the Airport Commission for 12 years, including six years as Chairman. Community activities include: Military Order of World Wars, Rotary Club of Santa Barbara, and local Red Cross chapter, including three years as Chairman.
	DIRECTOR LARRY MILLS
	Elected to the Board of Directors in 2008. Current term expires in November 2012. Previously served on the Board from November, 1991 until 2004. Resident of Goleta for 23 years. Father of five children. Self Employed – Inspection Pros---home inspection and repairs. B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
	DIRECTOR BILL ROSEN
	Elected to the Board of Directors in 2008. Current term expires in 2012. Former New York resident, living in Goleta since 2003. Retired County and municipal attorney. Counsel to Upper Delaware Council, one of the first cooperative river management programs conducted by the National Park Service and local governments. CFO, Santa Barbara International Film Festival. LL.M., (Corporation Law) New York University School of Law; LL.B., Columbia University Law School; B.A., Union College.
