	PRESIDENT JACK CUNNINGHAM
	Appointed to the Board of Directors in December 1995. Elected in 1997. Re-elected in 2002. Ran again for the board in 2006 and was re-elected. His current term expires in November 2010. Current President of the Board. Serving as President for the third time. Goleta Water District ratepayer for 32 years. Represents the District as Director of JPIA and a representative for the California Special Districts Association. Retired from United Airlines. Served on the Airport Commission for 12 years, including six years as Chairman. Community activities include: Military Order of World Wars, Rotary Club of Santa Barbara, and local Red Cross chapter, including three years as Chairman.
	VICE-PRESIDENT HARRY E. DE WITT
	Elected to the Board of Directors in 1995. Re-elected in 1999 and 2004. Current term expires in November 2008. Born and raised in the Goleta Valley. Goleta Water District ratepayer for over 35 years. Retired from the Goleta Water District in 1995 after 30 years of service as an Engineering Associate. Member of the Santa Barbara Elks Lodge No. 613, ASPCA and the National Rocky Mountain Elks Foundation.
	DIRECTOR CHUCK EVANS
	Elected to the Board of Directors in 2002. Re-elected in 2004. Current term expires in November 2008. Resident of Goleta Valley for 32 years. Retired. Former General Manager of Montecito Water District from 1978 to 2000. Represents the District on the Cachuma Operation and Maintenance Board and the Cachuma Conservation Release Board, serving as Vice-President of both. Registered Civil Engineer in California. Master Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California.
	DIRECTOR LYNETTE MILLS
	Elected to the Board of Directors in 2004. Current term expires in November 2008. Resident of Goleta since 1985. Mother of five children. Active in PTA and school activities, and as a church leader and teacher.
	DIRECTOR BERT BERTRANDO
	Elected to the Board of Directors in 2006. Current term expires in November 2010. Resident of Goleta for 50 years. Director of the La Cumbre Mutual Water Company for 10 years. Represents the District in the Goleta Sanitary District board meetings. Registered Mechanical Engineer and Safety Engineer in California. Master of Business Economics (MBE) and Master of Science Degree in Engineering.
