About Online Bill Pay

The District is proud to announce the availability of a new electronic billing (“e-Billing”) service that provides customers with online account services, including electronic bill payment! 

e-Billing will save time, money, and paper through various features such as electronic bills, smart phone applications, and automatic payment options.  For customers wishing to continue receiving paper bills, the District is committed to providing this service into the future, as we do today.

 

Sign up today!

Have your account number and phone number available, and follow these three simple steps:

  1. Visit the Customer Account Portal and select the “SIGN IN/REGISTER” tab.  (Link:  https://goleta.gwfathom.com)
  2. Under “Register: New Users” enter your Customer ID number in the Customer-Account Number field.  The 10-digit set of numbers before the hyphen should be entered in the first box. The 9-digit set of numbers after the hyphen should be entered in the second box. Lastly, enter the last 4 digits of the phone number associated with the account, and click “REGISTER.”
  3. Enter your email address, select a password and click “FINISH.”
