Online Customer Service and Payment Portal Upgrade
The District’s new online customer service and payment portal is now available. The new portal features enhanced customer service tools, conservation tips, and customized alerts. Additionally, you can make a secured online payment using a debit or credit card or an E-payment via your checking account.
To get started on the new portal, you will need your Goleta Water District account number and the ZIP Code of your service address. You will also need to provide an email address of your choosing.
You can find your account number at the top of the monthly billing statement:

Remember, you’ll need to enter the entire sequence of your 19 digit account number, including the leading zeros and dash.

Telephone: Customers who prefer making an account payment via telephone may call our main office at (805) 964-6761.
In Person: Cash, check and debit/credit card payments are accepted at the District’s administrative office located at 4699 Hollister Avenue, Goleta, CA 93110. Office hours are 8 am to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. There is also a convenient payment drop box at this location.
