Online Customer Service and Payment Portal

The District’s online customer service and payment portal features enhanced customer service tools, conservation tips, and customized alerts.  Additionally, you can make a secured online payment using a debit or credit card or an E-payment via your checking account.

To get started on the portal, you will need your Goleta Water District account number and the ZIP Code of your service address. You will also need to provide an email address of your choosing.

You can find your account number at the top of the monthly billing statement:

Remember, you’ll need to enter the entire sequence of your 19 digit account number, including the leading zeros and dash.  

The following payment methods are also available:

Telephone: Customers who prefer making an account payment via telephone may call our main office at (805) 964-6761. 

Mail: Customers can mail payments to District’s administrative office at 4699 Hollister Avenue, Goleta, CA 93110.

Drop Box: There is a payment drop box at District’s administrative office at 4699 Hollister Avenue, Goleta, CA 93110.  The drop box is conveniently located off the first driveway entrance to the parking lot outside the office.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Customer Service Counter is currently closed to protect the health and safety of our customers, staff and community. Please utilize telephone or online services at this time.
