The District’s online customer service and payment portal features enhanced customer service tools, conservation tips, and customized alerts. Additionally, you can make a secured online payment using a debit or credit card or an E-payment via your checking account.
To get started on the portal, you will need your Goleta Water District account number and the ZIP Code of your service address. You will also need to provide an email address of your choosing.

Telephone: Customers who prefer making an account payment via telephone may call our main office at (805) 964-6761.
Mail: Customers can mail payments to District’s administrative office at 4699 Hollister Avenue, Goleta, CA 93110.
Drop Box: There is a payment drop box at the District’s administrative office at 4699 Hollister Avenue, Goleta, CA 93110. The drop box is conveniently located off the first driveway entrance to the parking lot outside the office.
In Person: The customer service counter located at the District’s administrative office at 4699 Hollister Avenue Goleta, CA 93110 is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
