Save water indoors and outdoors! The District is offering rebates of up to $150 to residential customers toward the purchase of water efficient washing machines. The District is also offering free deliveries of screened or unscreened mulch from the County of Santa Barbara (up to two deliveries per year, not to exceed $80 per delivery).

Who Approves Development?

The Goleta Water District (District) is not a land use agency and does not have the authority to approve development projects. District Delivering Recycled Water to Help with Sherpa Fire Clean Up

On June 24, 2016, the Goleta Water District (District) delivered and applied recycled water through its Recycled Water Hauling Program (RWHP) for dust control and clean-up activities associated with the Sherpa Fire.  4,000 gallons of recycled water were applied by the District in cooperation with Santa Barbara County Fire and the U.S. Forest Service, and applications will continue for several days.
